This cleanse is specifically for building up your immune system and for increased fat loss. This is directed towards more of the beginner cleansers. (Definitely not omitting the experienced cleansers though). These juices are on the sweeter side, but still have healthy greens to help cleanse your body. It’s not extremely green though, so it’s a good kickstart into having a lifestyle of healing your body from the inside out. We don’t have to keep weight that is put on and we are capable of going through every season without getting sick. We just have to give the body the chance it needs to keep itself strong. Juice cleansing truly helps prevent sickness and excessive weight gain.

Why Cleanse?

A juice cleanse gives your body a break from digesting all the time and helps it focus on healing your body from the inside out. Everybody needs a break. Juice cleansing will help flood your body with much needed nutrients while, at the same time, it’s not having to defend itself against toxins entering into it on a regular basis. All of our juices are raw, cold pressed, and filled with essential nutrients to get your body what it needs to be healthy.

What To Do?

It is VERY IMPORTANT for you to eat all raw at least 1 day prior to juice fasting. A good rule of thumb is for every 3 days you do a cleanse, do 1 day of a raw diet beforehand and afterwards. So if you are doing a 5 day cleanse, commit to 2 days of an all raw diet before starting your juice cleanse. All raw refers to fresh, raw fruits and vegetables. No meat, no dairy, no processed foods; just raw fruits and vegetables.

If you were to eat regularly today and stop eating tomorrow then your body would go into starvation mode and hold onto all the toxins and fat inside of you instead of letting them go. By going all raw ahead of time, your body is prepared for the cleanse you are about to do and then will willingly release the toxins and fat and will cleanse much more smoothly. ALSO, breaking the fast is JUST AS IMPORTANT as the cleanse itself. It is vital for you to eat all raw as you break your fast. At least one day after your cleanse needs to be all raw fruits and vegetables. While cleansing your metabolism becomes nonexistent, because you are no longer digesting; you are focusing on absorbing nutrients and healing. So, to break your fast, you need to ease your body back into digesting. Otherwise, any weight you have lost will immediately be put back on.

Eating fruits like grapefruit, watermelon, fruits and vegetables that already have a lot of water content naturally, are fantastic for breaking a fast. Smoothies are ideal for having for dinner the first couple of days after fasting. Juice and a lot of water should be included as you break your fast as well. You don’t want to give your body so many nutrients and then just quit cold turkey. Don’t overeat. Overeating will overwhelm your system; that would be the worst for you at this point. Pay attention to your body; more than likely you won’t actually feel hunger immediately after cleansing; you may just be mentally craving certain things. Ignore the cravings! It’s just a few days of your life and it will benefit you beyond your expectations. During the cleanse you will have 5 juices a day. You should be drinking a juice about every 2 ½ hours, depending on how long you are awake during the day. You may have any kinds of herbal teas and a lot of water throughout the day to keep you hydrated and have something in your stomach. Herbal teas are highly suggested. Teas can be beneficial for so many different things and they give you a different flavor outside of water.

Green tea is a great alternative to coffee. Ginger tea benefits everything with your organs, tissues, blood system, respiratory system, etc. Peppermint tea, Chamomile tea, Rooibos tea, Dandelion tea, etc, are all great examples for you.

  • Low amounts of energy: You will also get random moments of great energy, but you will probably need to designate time throughout the day to rest more than usual
